Customer Service

We provide a personalized customer service experience by employing highly trained customer service representatives to assist with general questions. We promise to answer every call by a live representative during normal business hours.

In addition to general information, our customer service representatives assist with:

  • Requests for verbal or facsimile (FAX) reports
  • Phone and FAX reporting of panic alert values
  • Ordering additional testing not requested on the original specimen test requisition.  Federal regulations require written requests for additional testing be documented and retained by the performing laboratory.  Customer Service personnel will arrange for facsimile (FAX) transmission of request documentation
  • Routing telephone inquiries to appropriate technical personnel
  • Requests for specimen requirements or handling procedures
  • Requests for duplicate reports on current or archived testing 
  • Requests for specimen collection and handling supplies
  • Requests for "Will-Call" pick ups
