Can I get a copy of my results?

Yes, we will be happy to provide you a copy of your laboratory test results upon receiving permission from your ordering physician.

What if I am interested in testing but I do not have a physician?

California health laws and regulationis prohibit laboratories from testing of specimens without a written order from a healthcare provider licensed to prescribe in California (M.D.;D.O.;D.C.;N.D.;N.P.; or L.Ac).

How long does it take to receive my test results?

GenX is committed to providing timely results directly to your healthcare provider.  Most tests are completed within 24 hours from the time we receive the specimen.

What do I need to do to prepare for a lab test?

For accurate testing, some tests may require you to be fasting (no foods or drinks) or avoiding certain medications and supplements prior to specimen collection.  Please inquire with your physician for specific special preparation.
